Can I cancel my order? 
Yes. You have a 14-day cooling-off period < 14 days from the date of receipt. 
*The reason is not required, but we greatly appreciate your feedback to improve our service.

Can I exchange my purchase?
Yes, you may exchange your purchase, of course.

Can I return my purchase?  
Yes. you have 14 days right of withdrawal. Returns may be made within 14 days from the date of receipt

How do I return goods in the best way?

  1. Report your return in advance-preferably digitally-then your return is registered
  2. Attach: packing slip, product labels, bags, boxes, accessories, brochures
  3. Write our company name and address, your name and address; and provide the tracking code by e-mail.
  4. Send your return within 14 days from the date of receipt
  5. Please Note: Retain the shipping receipt of your return, so it is more traceable
  6. Provided notified, we will make sure there is someone to accept it from the courier service
  7. Send it preferably in a sturdy double-wrapped cardboard box
  8. This is the best way to prevent damage and/or loss of the return shipment,
  9. After we have received your return, we will confirm it and refund you as soon as possible.

Why do I need to notify my exchange/return?

By pre-notifying your return digitally, your return is registered.

Additionally, without prior return notification, we have no way of knowing that your return is on its way to us. then there might be no one at our place to take it from the courier. In such a case, your package might get lost.


Please Note: Exclusions for sending back:
* Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons, whose seal is broken after delivery are not suitable for return.
* Hygiene strips, product labels, tags, bags, and boxes should only be removed after you have decided to keep the product. 
*Prevent impairment/loss of value and ensure that the products are clean and undamaged.
* In case of depreciation/loss of value, we are entitled to charge loss costs*.

How do I (re)package my exchange/return correctly?

Prevent damage to and loss of value of the products to be returned, by packing them properly and safely in a sturdy outer box.
* In case of damage to returned products, we are entitled to charge loss costs.

Do I have to pay shipping costs for my send-back? 
YES. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.


Can I get a return label/return label from Italian Design?
No, we are sorry, we do not have a return label/return label, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.


When will I get my money back if I have sent back the product(s)?

After receipt, inspection, and approval of the return, we will refund the amount immediately, or as soon as possible in case of a weekend or holiday(s), but always within 14 days after receipt of the return.
Italian Design will use the same payment method that you have chosen for the order/purchase.
