Review invitation

Do you recognize it? Have doubts about a product? Until you read a review from others who have bought the product and experienced the service. These reviews show you the way and help you to make the right decision. Therefore, we ask you if you would like to leave a review as well. Are you someone who wants to help other people with their choices? Please leave a review. This can be about the product and/or the service, in response to the e-mail invitation from Trusted shops.

I would like to leave a review. How do I do that?

1. You will receive an automated review request:
After your purchase, you will receive an automated Trusted Shops review request via email, containing a clickable link that will take you to a review form.
In this form, you give stars for your purchase and write a short comment of up to 400 characters. You submit your review by clicking "Review Now."

2. Didn't you receive a reminder (with buyer protection) from Trusted Shops?
Didn't you receive a review invitation, or was the deadline past? With buyer protection by Trusted Shops on your personal member page My Trusted Shops. Under "My Orders," click on the insured purchase and then "Review Shop."

3. Didn't you receive a reminder (without buyer protection) from Trusted Shops?

If you have not received a review reminder or the deadline has expired and you have not taken out Buyer Protection from Trusted Shops, simply write a short e-mail to [email protected] Please include the full purchase confirmation you received from Italian Design via e-mail. As soon as Trusted Shops knows that it is a purchase from a Trusted Shops certified member, Trusted Shops will send you the desired review link.
