Determine your bra size yourself as below:
1. Put on the bra that fits best and take your measuring tape, notepad, and pen
2. Measure around under your breasts, at the same height at the back, exhale, note
3. measure around the nipples, measuring tape loosely, at the same height at the back, exhale, note
4. Point 3. minus point 2. is your cup size indication, note

Which type of bra is right for me?
There are two breast shapes that require a different cup shape:
Apple shape:
Bend slightly forward and look at the bottom of the breasts relative to the top:
Are your breasts round at the bottom, about the same width at the bottom as at the top?
Then we speak of an apple shape and you can choose the best preformed padded cup.
Pear shape:
Bend slightly forward and look at the bottom of the breasts in relation to the top:
Are your breasts pointed at the bottom, at the bottom significantly narrower than at the top?
Then we speak of a pear shape and it is best to choose one of the bra models below:
1) a Balconette bra in cup sizes BCDE: this brings the breasts up and together for a fuller cleavage. The cups are cut slightly lower (1/2 cup) so that more of the top of the breasts is shown.
2) a 3-part full cup bra with 'deep' cup and partial cup seam in sizes DEFG.
This bra has a deep cup and brings the breasts together.

1. In my opinion, the bra is not comfortable, why could it be?
The circumference band on my back is higher than the front:
Then the circumference band is too wide. Tighten the band a bit with the hooks
Below the circumference band I see red stripes:

I see bumps under my armpit above the girth band:

The top edge of the cups is open:

The breasts protrude from the cups so that you see '4 bumps':

The breasts protrude on the side of the cups so that you can see bumps there:
Then the underwires on the side of your bra are on your chest so that your breasts are on the side over your bra. Then the cups are too small.

2. I have chosen the wrong bra size, which bra size will I choose next?
There is an important relationship between cup size and circumference band. If you change the cup, the circumference band often has to be chosen differently.
The circumference is too tight, the cup size is good:
Choose a circumference band 1 size larger and a cup size 1 size smaller
Example: Size EU: 75B becomes EU: 80A
The circumference band is too wide, the cup size is good:
Choose a circumference band 1 size smaller and a cup size 1 size larger
Example: Size EU: 75C becomes EU: 70D
The circumference band is good but the cup is too small:
The size for the size remains the same, choose the cup one size bigger.
Example: Size EU: 75C becomes EU: 75D
The circumference band is good but the cup is too big:
The size for the size remains the same, choose the cup one size smaller.
Size EU: 75C becomes EU: 75B
The circumference band is too small and the cup is too small:
Choose a circumference band 1 size larger, the cup size remains the same.
Size EU: 75C becomes EU: 80C
The circumference band is too large and the cup is too large:
Choose a circumference band 1 size smaller, the cup size remains the same.
Size EU: 75C becomes EU: 70C
The circumference band is too small and the cup too large:
Choose a circumference band 1 size larger, Choose a cup 1 size smaller
Size EU: 75C becomes EU: 80C
The circumference band is too large and the cup is too small:
Choose a circumference band 1 size smaller and a cup size 1 size larger.
Size EU: 75C becomes EU: 70E
Another point of attention:
You always have a padded bra, for example, EU: 75D, and now want an
unlined bra:
If you take the same size, the unlined cup may be slightly too big.
Choose a cup size smaller: EU: 80C and 1 band size larger.
You always have a non-padded bra EU: 80C and you want a padded bra now too:
If you take the same bra size, the cup will be a little too small.
Choose a cup size larger: EU: 75D and band size 1 size smaller
